Regional wines:
The Centre-Loire wine route has more than 200 addresses to satisfy your curiosity, where the appellations follow one another: Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Coteaux du Giennois, Menetou-Salon, Châteaumeillant, Quincy, Reuilly.
We invite you to discover and enjoy all these wines in moderation.
When exploring the Sancerre region, you will not miss a visit to the Maison des Sancerre and, while crossing the Loire, you will also appreciate the wines of Pouilly . Heading west towards the Cher Valley, a visit to Villa Quincy would be an excellent stop to discover the wines of Quincy and Reuilly.
The local produce is varied : the Cher is an agricultural department with diversified productions: in addition to viticulture there is cereal production with dried vegetable production, arboriculture with the production of dessert apples and small fruits, livestock farming of meat breeds and dairy products.
You can discover all the regional specialties in local shops or directly from producers who sell at the farm: for example two producers on Ivoy registered on the locavor.fr website: the Patrouillats farm dairy products and the Adele Rouzé wine cellar Quincy.
